Hardware Requirements

VBS3Strike is a desktop trainer that runs on any machine capable of running VBS3. It is designed to use a two screen setup with one screen dedicated to close-air-support functionality and the other displaying the VBS3 virtual environment.

In comparison, running both VBS3 and VBS3Strike on the same machine requires the user to switch focus between the two programs.

VBS3Strike may be run on laptops or desktops providing the recommended requirements outlined in the VBS3 documentation. The possible hardware configurations for deploying VBS3Strike on the same PC as VBS3 are shown in Image A.

VBS3Strike has the same hardware specification requirements as VBS3. Since VBS3Strike and VBS3 run on the same terminal, a 3D graphics card will be required.
